AI agents in ClickUp, built and run by BD-S

Put ClickUp Brain and AI agents to work on the projects, requests and reporting your teams already manage in ClickUp, with the licences, setup and support from one Australian partner.

BD-S is one of a select few ClickUp partners, chosen to deliver for government and enterprise. We supply the platform, design the workspace and engineer Super Agents and Autopilot Agents that take routine work off your people, with the same governance and testing we apply to Microsoft and Salesforce agents.

About ClickUp

One workspace for tasks, docs, chat and the AI that works across them

ClickUp brings projects, tasks, documents, chat, goals and dashboards into a single workspace. ClickUp Brain answers from that context and from connected apps, respecting the permissions people already have. Agents go a step further: they are given a job, knowledge and tools, and they act on triggers or on request.

  • Projects and tasks
  • Docs and wikis
  • Chat
  • Dashboards and reporting
  • Automations
  • ClickUp Brain and Brain MAX
  • Super Agents
  • Autopilot Agents

BD-S ClickUp capability

ClickUp capability from licence to running agents

Licensing & procurement

Support & optimisation

Ongoing support, agent tuning, new use cases and workspace health checks after go-live.

What we build

Agents that do a defined job inside your workspace

Two kinds of agent, chosen by the shape of the work. Autopilot Agents sit on a List, Folder, Space or Chat channel and act when a trigger fires. Super Agents work across the workspace, can be assigned tasks or messaged, and draw on connected apps.

Intake and triage

An Autopilot Agent that reads new requests, classifies them, fills the missing fields and routes them to the right list and owner.

Status and reporting

A Super Agent that compiles weekly status, risks and blockers from tasks, docs and chat into the report your executives expect.

Knowledge answers

An agent grounded in your procedures, templates and past projects that answers staff questions in chat with the source attached.

Quality and follow-up

Agents that check tasks against your definition of done, chase overdue items and draft the follow-up for a person to approve.

Cross-system work

Agents that read and update connected apps, such as Microsoft 365, Salesforce or GitHub, through ClickUp's integrations and MCP.

Your own use case

Bring the process that costs the most time. We will tell you whether an agent, an automation or a better workspace design is the right fix.

Governed like production

Agents with owners, boundaries and a test record

An agent is only useful if people trust what it does. BD-S builds ClickUp agents the way it builds Copilot and Agentforce agents: a named owner, a written job, approved knowledge sources and tools, test cases run before release, and human approval wherever an action matters.

  • Scope and instructions written down and reviewed before the agent is switched on
  • Knowledge limited to the lists, docs and connected apps the agent needs, with ClickUp permissions respected
  • Tools and actions approved individually, with people approving steps that commit the organisation
  • Test cases and expected outputs kept as the agent's acceptance record
  • AI credit use monitored so agents stay inside the plan you have paid for
  • Review cadence for behaviour, cost and value, with retirement when an agent stops earning its keep

How we deliver ClickUp

From the first workspace to agents in daily use

  1. Step 1: Discover

Understand the teams, processes, tools and the work that costs the most time.

  2. Step 2: Design

Workspace structure, permissions, templates and the first agents, with success measures agreed.

  3. Step 3: Build and test

Workspace configured, data migrated, agents built and run against test cases before release.

  4. Step 4: Operate and improve

Adoption support, agent tuning, new use cases and licensing reviews as the workspace grows.

Licensing & procurement

Need the licences as well?

BD-S can supply ClickUp plans and AI add-ons alongside implementation, agent engineering and support, so one relationship covers the platform and the work inside it. AI features and agents depend on the ClickUp plan and AI credits in your workspace. We confirm what your plan includes before the design relies on it, and for government customers we work through the relevant procurement pathways.
